ry excited to introduce the newest Regional Sales Manager for Metcal, Gabriel Ortiz.
For over 20 years, Gabriel has been serving the electronics manufacturing industry, working in both manufacturing and distributing environments. He is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and motivating teams to grow sales in the most demanding of markets. Most recently, Gabriel was responsible for growing one of four divisions at EIS in Latin America, working with multi-cultural teams. Prior to distribution, Gabriel led the structuring and implementation of a business unit that catered to the electronics manufacturing industry needs in all of Latin America while at HENKEL Electronics.
Gabriel will be responsible for working with our electronics manufacturing clients, including design and manufacturing engineers, and operators, to improve efficiency and throughput with the optimized use of hand soldering and convection rework tools. Since he also supports fume extraction products, he can assist in improving health and safety of manufacturing floor teams.
